LVCDC is the community-partner organization to turn local schools into community centers by providing year-round learning opportunities that include: GED, ESL, tutoring, arts, world language and crafts. Three community learning centers are located at Eli Whitney and Rosario Castellanos school and Infinity High School.

The PCAS Program is dedicated to increase the number of low-income students from Little Village High School Campus by assisting them to enroll and complete 2 to 4 year post secondary programs. It also offers services to the broader community to promote a college-going culture.
